Our property managers are reputable property professionals with more than ten years of residential property management and sales experience in the Real Estate industry. Our Story

Stephen Zhao has over 15 years of experience in the “Building and Property Management industry” in Auckland, one of the founders and Managing Director of Auckland City-Living Management. Before he started his career in Real Estate Industry in 2005, Stephen worked in Banking Industry as a customer services manager from 1997.

Our first office on 11 Union Street was opened in 2011. Our main office in Sugar Tree Retail – 27 Union Street started in June 2015. To deliver the best services to our clients, an additional new office on shop 19, 396 Queen Street welcomes our clients from April 2018.
